Since 1987, the Alston Law Firm, L.L.C., has been protecting and advocating the interests of clients in the areas of product liability, professional liability, including legal and medical malpractice, insurance, construction, administrative, and commercial litigation; and the representation of professionals before state licensing and disciplinary (ethics) boards.
Currently, Ms. Alston’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to the field of legal ethics and professional responsibility, where she serves as a counselor, litigator, and expert witness.
